Gerald Westgerdes will be one of twelve featured artists at the Carnegie Center of the Arts in Three Rivers, MI. The exhibit, “The Visual Art of Love and Forgiveness Exhibit,”runs August 22 to October 17, 2010. His pieces, “Josephs Coat” and “Prodigal Son” will on display.
Westgerdes’ work has received international acclaim having appeared in “La Sculpture En Acier,” published in Belgium and on the cover of “The Guild 8,” a sourcebook of artists and artisans. His art also will be featured at the Zanesville Museum of Art’s Annual Ohio Art Exhibition juried show August 14 to October 30, 2010.
Westgerdes’ work, along with Marilyn Westgerdes’, is on display at the Zanesville Campus Library now through September. The exhibit is free and is open to the public during normal library hours, Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
