Storytelling and Song Writing Topic of
Zanesville's 3rd Thursday in March

Bob Skidmore, actor, musician and historical interpreter will present "The Art of Storytelling & Song Writing" on Thursday, March 18, at 7 p.m. in the Elson Hall Auditorium.
Skidmore's accolades include performing with the Living Word Theatre, Cambridge Performing Arts Center, Zane Trace Players, Zanesville Community Theatre, and the Weathervane Theatre. His acting and musical career has led him to perform in 43 of the 50 United States. In addition, he was recognized by the John Lennon Song Writing contest.
His presentation will feature a selection of songs by popular song writers/storytellers. Songs by Harry Chapin, James Taylor, The Eagles, Stephen Sondheim and original compositions by Skidmore will bring back memories and help make new ones for you and your family.
The Art of Storytelling and Song Writing is part of Ohio University-Zanesville's Third Thursday event series. The series provides free educational, cultural, and diversity programming to the community.
