Zanesville hosts international art exhibit of faculty and staff work
The Ohio University-Zanesville Art Department and the Zanesville Campus Library staff are hosting an international art exhibit. The display features art and artifacts from the collections of Ohio University faculty and staff.
“The display aims to awaken aesthetic tastes and curiosity regarding the nature and functions of the varied objects throughout the exhibit,” says Jerry Westgerdes, art professor and organizer of the show.
The exhibit is free and open to the public now through Thursday, Oct. 28, during library hours, Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ohio University-Zanesville campus on Newark Road in Zanesville.
