Ballroom dance classes offered on Chillicothe campus in fall
Ballroom dancing classes will be offered at Ohio University-Chillicothe this fall. The class will be offered from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sept. 10, 17, 24, and Nov. 5, 12 & 19. Cost is $80 per couple.

This series will include several classes with a combination of beginner level Foxtrot, Swing, Waltz, Cha Cha, Tango, Rumba and Hustle. Mark Cohen is instructor. The focus is on providing individuals with fundamental steps and movements that can be used across dance styles. Ballroom dancing can improve an individual’s level of fitness, self-confidence and social skills.
